This consists of an initial online session lasting about 60 minutes where we take a comprehensive health history and formulate a custom blend of one 10 ml roller bottle for your desired health and wellbeing goal.

After I create the blend and you've received it, we have a 30 minute online session where we create a ritual of how, when and where to use the blend effectively and efficiently. I'll do a personalised card reading and give you an affirmation to use with your blend for enhanced results.

I use the highest quality essential oils and carrier oils for the blends I create, and add a crystal that best meets your needs for an amplified effect.

You can choose a 5ml diffuser blend instead of a 10ml roller bottle blend if you wish.
