This exotic smoothie is full of healthy and delicious ingredients. Have it as a snack or even as a meal accomplishment. This recipe makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
1 can organic coconut milk
1 ripe Alphonso or Ataulfo mango (pulped)
1/8 inch piece of fresh turmeric
1/8 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 drop of Cardamom essential oil (from DoTerra)
1 drop lemon essential oil (from DoTerra)
Pinch of sea salt
Stevia to taste (optional)
Method:
Blend the coconut milk, mango pulp, turmeric and ginger to a smooth consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with saffron and mint.
