About Me
Hello! I'm Seema Shah, a holistic professional whose passion for wellness stems from personal challenges, global exposure and a relentless desire to empower others through the transformative power of nutrition, health coaching, yoga, meditation and essential oils.
Growing up, I faced health challenges like cystic acne and was overweight, affecting my confidence. Conventional treatments like long-term antibiotics and vitamin A derivatives failed to provide lasting solutions, fuelling my curiosity about the body's innate ability to heal.
I went on to study dentistry and uncovered the profound connections between diet, genetics and lifestyle on oral and overall health, laying the foundation for my integrative approach.
Motherhood deepened my understanding of nutrition. I battled from postpartum depression, chronic fatugue and further weight gain. My son was diagnosed with severe allergies and eczema by his first birthday. Conventional treatments masked the symptoms, but failed to address the root causes. My motherly love and determination led me to functional medicine, where I identified triggers such as gluten, nuts and dairy. By transforming our diet, I helped improve my son's health and revitalised my own, feeling at my healthiest and most vibrant now. This pivotal experience solidified my mission to empower others to heal through holistic practices.
Over the years, I expanded my expertise, becoming a certified health coach (IIN), yoga instructor (YICC 200), nutritional therapist, detox specialist, plant-based recipe developer and working with essential oil.
In 2017, I founded Harmonious Way To Health with the philosophy that health and wellbeing is an integration of the mind, body and soul practices. My signature HARMONY system empowers women, particularly those navigating motherhood, perimenopause and menopause, through plant-based nutrition and holistic practices. My slogan is 'Empowering Minds, Energising Bodies, Enriching Souls.'
I've been priviledged to work with an award-winning functional medicine doctor in Texas, USA. As her in-house health coach and yoga instructor, I gained experience with supporting and guiding the patients with elimination diets, supplementation, coaching sessions, yoga and meditation sessions and an array of educational classes ranging from nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, food preparation demonstrations and much more!
My plant-based recipes have been featured in magazines (like The Luxurist magazine and various editions of the OAUK magazines) and community cookbooks (like The Hindu Temple of the Woodlands cookbook and the Jain Vegan Initiative cookbook). I've inspired audiences through workshops, classes, speaking engagements and even appearances in The Shakthi Morning Show ( a show by women empowering other women with health and nutrition, arts, culture and more).
My health and wellbeing journey reflects resilience, innovation and an enduring commitment to holistic wellness. My aim is to change the world to be a healthier and happier place, one life at a time!

Chakra Workshops
Seema has been conducting Chakra workshops in the UK and USA since 2017. Her experience and expertise shines through as she teaches about the seven major chakras in a fun and interactive way. We do mandala art, vision boards and much more! You also get the opportunity to meet like-minded people in a safe and nurturing space.
